First Day at Placement Handout (see side bar). Please inform your employer if you have a medical condition or allergies (medical form).

Feb. 6
Co-op procedures, handbook, Calendar, Log Sheets, WSIB signatures, Co-op contracts:transportation, technology/cell phones, WSIB release of medical information, confidentiality, equipment memorandum, calling in sick.
Feb. 8
Health and Safety on the Job. WHMIS, PPE, OHSA. Handbook test, Mix and Match, Qualities Employers Want, Rights and Employment Practices, iDrive Video,Remember Charlie, OH&S Act. Course Selections/guidance date TBA

Co-op procedures, Safety Test, Safety and the young worker video. Passport to safety on-line.
Feb.13
Final Co-op procedures, Employer Folders, addendums, Work Education Agreements (WEA) completed, calendars, preliminary employer evaluations. Midterm and final employer evaluations given to employers during first site visit.
Feb.14
